DC Customs

Ok time for a quick update .

Been asked by a few people on Ebay about DC customs ...

So here is my take on them , 90% of the DC customs I have done , has
been for a certain individual .

Personally I am a Marvel fan and know very little about the DC Universe .

As such I worked very closely with the (now owner) of the DC customs , sending pictures on an almost daily basis.

So here are a few ....

Started out with James Stewart - Green Lantern
Hawkgirl and a Batman Beyond .

Then came a few Justice Lords .....



Hot on the Heels was a simple repaint of Bane ... Not knowing much about DC I read his magazine and began to wonder why the figurine looked a little different (face mask and very pale skin)
So a little paint later and a DC custom is added to my collection.

That was swiftly followed by a custom Batman and Robin :) I had them spare and thought what the hell .... all have found new homes now though


Almost brings us slap bang upto date .... just did a little head swapping

Had the idea to do a Lex Luthor Custom ... The 1 released in his armoured suit never looked right to me ... I always envisage Lex as a menacing Bald guy in a suit

Followed that up the other week with an Alfred custom ....

So there we have it .... DC Customs to date....

IF I do any more then it will be for someone else .... I no longer collect the DC Series , concentrating on Marvel for now .

Well thats it for now .... ooops forgot about these 2 , Justice Lord Superman and Evil Supergirl

Right now to start as I mean to go on

Here is my favorite set of customs , being a big fan of the X-Men
But this is how I remember them most.

Still a few more characters to add too ..... but that is for a later day .

I will be redoing Cyclops , Nightcrawler and Havok for Ebay in the next few weeks .

Beast and Rogue where done for me by other people (stanleylee and Ace respectively)

But because I like a challenge (and got asked) I had a go at BEAST myself ...



Might be doing this 1 again ... but in his Dark Beast colours

Well that is it for now ... I will be showcasing another set later in the week and adding a NEW custom as well ..

Well that didn't take as long as I feared .

Have done a few customs ... so I will add those as time goes by .

I will add others over the following week , and add a little more about what I have done as time goes by .


Main plan for today was to post as many of the customs I have done over the past 18 months as possible

I am a Marvelite so expect more classic marvel customs in the future ... but more on that later .
